Starting a Presentation
Saving Your Presentation
Check the folder, so you know where the file is located. We recommend saving to your local computer in either the Documents folder, Download folder, on the Desktop, so you can find the presentation again.
Each time you make a major change, it is recommended that you save with a new name (e.g. presentation1, presentation2, presentation3, etc.), so you can revert back to an earlier version if needed.
Images & Graphics
IMPORTANT - check the file size of your images and other graphics to ensure that they aren't too big. Ideally, all graphics added to a PowerPoint presentation should be under 500 KB.
