  2. Replace the word “COTRemailaddress” with a College of the Rockies’s email address in the link above. 

Uses

  • Create a label for your signature (e.g. Chat with me via Teams  ) then highlight the label created and hyperlink the label to the edited link above with your email address in it.
  • Create a class Teams list (one for each section) to encourage collaboration.  Create your list in a Moodle Page, hyperlink each student's name using the directions above.
    Using Excel to Create the List
        • set up a table with these columns:
      • first name

      • last name

      • email

      • teams root

      • student full name

      • teams link

      • hyperlinked name
        • add student information to columns A, B, and C
        • add formats identified to columns D, F and G (add the formats to the first row and drag down)

      Hyperlinked name will display like this:

        • Copy and Paste column G into a Moodle Page in your course
        • Save and make visible to students (restrict by section Group or Grouping as appropriate)
        • Repeat for each section using your course page.
